We are pleased to give official notice of the Annual General Meeting of Farmborough Community Shop on Thursday 22 April at 7pm via Zoom.
We offer quality fresh locally produced food as well as a broad range of general groceries at reasonable prices alongside a social area with tea, coffee and cake*, which reinforces the shop’s role as a social hub for the village.
Take a look inside...
Things that we offer include good locally baked fresh bread, cakes and pastries; locally sourced meat, cheese and deli items; milk and dairy products, as well as dairy alternatives; fresh fruit and vegetables; general groceries and household products; newspapers and magazines; wines, beers, ciders and spirits, a coffee shop with locally made cakes and pastries; postage stamps; locally produced gifts, cards and treats.
As a community shop, if we don't stock something you buy regularly, then ask if we can get it for you. Our prices are competitive and every purchase helps local people who rely on us to be there for them.
*Please note that the social area is currently closed due to social distancing measures.

Energy initiative exceeds expectations
An initiative to improve the energy efficiency of the shop, with funds raised through community pledges and grant applications, has led to significant financial savings and CO2 reduction.
