The Bacon Bap Bonanza is now back every month along with the Repair Café on the second Saturday of every month. So come on down to Farmborough Community Shop and the village hall for a tasty treat.
We offer quality fresh locally produced food as well as a broad range of general groceries at reasonable prices alongside a social area with tea, coffee and cake*, which reinforces the shop’s role as a social hub for the village.
Take a look inside...
Things that we offer include good locally baked fresh bread, cakes and pastries; locally sourced meat, cheese and deli items; milk and dairy products, as well as dairy alternatives; fresh fruit and vegetables; general groceries and household products; newspapers and magazines; wines, beers, ciders and spirits, a coffee shop with locally made cakes and pastries; postage stamps; locally produced gifts, cards and treats.
As a community shop, if we don't stock something you buy regularly, then ask if we can get it for you. Our prices are competitive and every purchase helps local people who rely on us to be there for them.
*Please note that the social area is currently closed due to social distancing measures.
Return of Bacon Bap Bonanza and support for Repair Café. Come and celebrate the third anniversary of the shop. Extended opening hours from 9am to 2pm on Saturday 10 July.
Truespeed has installed a ‘free for life’ community broadband connection to the shop. We encourage all patrons to make use of this free service via our guest network.
